On Bluntness

It’s really easy for people to tell you your business is great. They know it’s your baby and don’t want to say something ‘uncomfortable.’ Likewise, consultants are interested in ingratiating themselves and continuing to get paid.

I’ve been a founder before – multiple times. And if something’s wrong – especially to someone with experience – I want to know NOW.

I’m a native New Yorker to the core – and if New Yorkers are known to be blunt – then I’m on the end of that spectrum.

I don’t want you wasting time or money going down the wrong path. I want you to get exactly where you need to go, now. I’ve been known to negotiate against myself and limit my work. If it means the right decision for the business, I will do it. Hands down.
